Sometimes I feel like The Mandalorian: hunting for my next job. Sometimes I feel like a hooker: standing on a street corner, wearing my nicest clothes and a big smile, hoping for the next beau to pick me up. Today is Monday, September 22, 2025. The first day of autumn. I’m in the same place … Read more

All my life, I feel like I’ve been pushed around, given orders, been told what to do. Maybe it comes from being the youngest child of the family, maybe it comes from being such an independent, free-thinker. Even now, as I write this, I feel like WordPress is forcing its way on me. To … Read more

This one guy, who almost always whines and complains about a vast variety of subjects starts going off about something new. He says, “OMG, one of my favorite AI resource sites has adopted … Read more

They say time goes by fast. That’s because we stuff our lives full of actions that force us forward. But if we sat for 2 hours and watched the sun rise… No distractions, no TV, no book, no phone, no music… And just slowly watched the darkness become light, time goes by exactly at the … Read more

That’s what little kids say – “It’s not fair!” If adults say that, they’re considered childish and immature. Of course it’t not fair. People have been saying, “Nothing in life is fair,” for eons. Well, that sucks. What a cheap way out. Let’s give this a little context: All my life, I’ve been told … Read more
