Bro’s facing war crimes. Russia has been at war with Ukraine since 2022 and there’s been unlawful deportation, and people have been arrested for being anti-war. Corrupt as fuck.
Xi-Jinping
China censors what the people can see and say. The UN accused him of crimes against humanity for putting Uyghurs in prison and in labor camps. WTF.
Kim Jon-Un
He runs North Korea like a giant prison. You can’t speak your mind, you can’t criticize the government, you don’t have a free press, and people, including prisoners, soldiers and even kids, have been forced to work for the state, while the regime pours resources into missiles and nukes.
Business, Jobs, and Work Shit
I just got done watching SEND HELP.
The story is basically – – girl does great work and dedicates years to the company but gets bypassed for a big promotion because the egotistical, douchebag, nepo-baby who became CEO, gives the job to his golfing buddy, who is thin, good-looking, presents himself well, and is well-liked in this small circle.
And that’s the way it goes.
At work, you will go far, be a team player, rise up the ranks, maintain job security, and be given a positive review if you’re nice. If people like you.
Work people want to have friends. They want to connect with other people on a personal level. They want to have fun. And fun means chatting about whatever they’re thinking, feeling, their perceptions and beliefs.
I saw a reel online where someone told a story about Will Smith. They said he takes pictures of the whole crew and writes their names on them so he can memorize them all. The first day on set, he knows everyone’s name and face and that’s supposed to make them feel good. Not naturally, not organically. Strategically. Methodically. Like a fuckin’ psycho.
If you’re a hard-ass, if you stick to your guns, if you force order on others when you don’t have the authority – – you’ll get shut down. You won’t proceed. You’ll get a reputation for being difficult. You’ll have to backpeddle your way out of what you said and did. I’m currently watching that happen with a coworker right now.
I bet a million fuckin’ dollars that people, especially women, all over the WORLD are celebrating this movie SEND HELP and connecting with the message on an emotional level. Because in the end, after all the violent, bloody retribution and vengeance, the girl fucks over the CEO and kills him, rising to the top herself, which would make anyone in that real life situation feel REALLY good. Ultimate happy ending.
So, what’s the lesson learned, children?

Let’s talk about LinkedIn (LI) for a minute, shall we?
It’s the definition of a necessary evil. We need it to make connections with people, to share our work history, and to be informed of new positions out there in the world.
What are people posting about on LI? Everything from political viewpoints to helpful hints to procedures that are supposed to encourage or inspire… but it makes me wonder – – who are these words meant for? What is the motivation behind them? Why do people post this stuff?
Is it really meant to help other people? Change they way they think and act for the better? Are they challenging people to live their best lives and do their best work? Or is that post for their own glorification? Are they uplifting themselves by offering some passionate and impressive, reinvigorating and unprecedented perspective that colleagues, leaders and future employers might read, and, in turn, elevate the writer above the basic riff-raff to the upper echelon of status they so rightfully deserve?

Commerce, the Economy, and Money Shit
Obviously related to business, work and jobs – – this section is more about American greed and what it does the psyche of the populace in the United States.
I know and understand the difference between what’s happening globally and my own personal experiences.
I’ve been hearing how difficult it is to get jobs, especially in tech over the past couple years. Personally, I’ve had a lot of trouble landing gigs. Why? Companies – – PEOPLE – – don’t want to pay. It’s as if they’re in money hoarding mode.
Corporations are laying off thousands. Oracle + Amazon + Dell + Meta = about 60,000 jobs eliminated in 2026 alone.
I’ve heard people say AI is taking people’s jobs. Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang says – –
“You’re not going to lose your job to an AI, but you’re going to lose your job to someone who uses AI.”

I’ve heard stories online about people who sell envelopes, do drop shipping, influence products… the list goes on and on. They say they make thousands a week. But, if they had a secret method of making money, why would they share it?
SELL SELL SELL
Seems like everywhere you turn, people are selling products and services. Internet ads, mailers, COLD CALLS, TV ads, door hangars, even notices taped my garage door at home – people are finding every way possible to make money. Some call it creative, some call it grifting.
Hey, I get it. I need to make money too. Everyone needs to make a living and we’re all trying to pay our bills. I understand. It’s just that when I look around, it seems like there’s such a huge emphasis on being a workaholic, hitting the streets 24-7, always connecting with people, influencing, selling, networking.
I think there needs to be a balance between work and life. We don’t need to work evenings and weekends at a salaried job just to impress people. We can’t keep pushing ourselves to do more, be more, keep improving, growing, increasing productivity, maximizing efficiency – – more, more, more.
Why?
We have less and less because we pay more and more. We can’t afford groceries, health care, rent, and basic necessities. Do the big corps and big government care?
Fuck no.
George Carlin was right. They don’t care about you. It’s a big club and you ain’t in it.
Everything is based on money. There’s no art in architecture anymore, everything is built in a way that saves money. The only movies that are made are ones that regurgitate old ideas or properties that are proven to sell. They don’t take chances anymore. The food we eat is made cheaply with dangerous chemicals that hurt us. Why? So companies can make more money. People are even proving that buying a gallon of gas doesn’t actually equal a literal GALLON anymore.

It helps me write email responses, calculate things, remember stuff about my work, my life, information I need… It’s fast, it’s easy, it’s knowledgable. It’s the new Google.
